Here's an update on dealing with these incompetant pukes. On Friday I logged on to their website and connected with a staff member on their "live help" feature. After 45 minutes of useless banter and confusing chat, the person I was communicating with finally says that they have everything in stock for my order except for the Pelican flashlight on back order. I decide to have them ship everything else and worry about the light later. After I ask them to run down the list of the five items she tells me " we have eveything except the Pelican and Tango Down grip". WTF!, a second ago you just told me you have everything except the flashlight! I said. "Sir......are you there? Is there something I can help you with?" That was her next response. Holy fuck I thought I was gonna freaking explode! Lady, did you suddenly forget what we have been talking about for the last half hour? After I calmed myself down, I told her to ship the items she had and that I would order the rest of the items I need from the dealers on AR15.com. I also told her that I would share my bad experiance with Botach Tactical with the members of AR15.com. My order is due on Friday, I hope it arrives on time. Anyway, I ordered my vert grip from SKD Tactical and received it two days later +1. And ordered the Pelican light from Bowers Tactical which should arrive any day. +1 for Bowers as well for responding quickly to my request.
