I have a nice Winchester 320 that I would like to
trade for a nice .30 cal hunting rifle or maybe a Marlin 444 or 1895. I will consider Mauser Sporters if they were done in the 1950's but don't want any other Mil Surp stuff.
My Winchester 320 is a relatively rare piece. They
were only made from 1972 to 1974. It was made in
Austrailia for Winchester. It is in Very Good ++
condition and would be excellent except the plastic
butt plate has some scratches and there are some small
impressed marks on the stock. It is a really nice
piece to look at though and it is a tackdriver.
It is a five shot repeater with a light, crisp trigger
(about 2.5#)with no creep whatsoever. I have the
original sights but I replaced them with a Williams
front and target peep rear some years ago. There were
no modifications needed as the rifle came with the
peep sight mount when I bought it. The original
sights were pretty basic. I have two Winchester
magazines with it. Unfortuneately, I cannot find the
box. I thought it was in the attic but must have
discarded it or lost it in a move.
