Looking for 1911's, AK underfolders, surefire x-200 what have you. Plus or minus cash. Looking for 5" Colt XSE, but will consider all. Thanks for looking. (No longer available)
Gordon Technologies AK
They have highly polished ordinate machined stainless steel (circa 1949-1953), which is bolt and the bolt housing. The Vietnam era furniture is beautifully finished and is military hardwood. Bottom forend has metal sleeve installed for heat dissipation.
Top forend is notched for gas removal.
Furniture has original Russian sling attachments and the buttstocks are smooth, not DIMPLED (circa 1949-1953). The barrels have Steyer hammered hard-chromed inner barrels.
newmilled Bulgarian receivers, American made stainless steel gas pistons. American trigger group assemblies, (Gordon tech). Dust cover (smooth) is original Russian (Circa 1949-1953). The front sight supports, gas blocks, and rear sight support are all machined from solid blocks of steel. The barrels were installed within a couple of .00010" press-fit for uniformity.
Headspacing was innovative on this AK: a lead screw was used, which allowed precise control over this process.
Barrels are pinned in place, as is the rear sight support.
The Bulgarian milled receivers are double tanged for extra rigidity and support.
The firing pins are free-floating, not attached to a spring like the cheaper imitations.
Parts accessibility, from rivets to springs, are readily available. Since almost every AK produced, uses the SLR 100H (early Russian and Bulgarian platforms as a template) parts are readily accessible.
These rifles have the Gordon Tec double hook triggers and fire control sets.
Shoot me a mail, if interested. This is the best ak made, IMHO.
Thanks....... Merry Christmas.
