I picked this up in 2002 from Wholesale Guns and Ammo for $369. I believe I'm in it $410 with transfer and shipping.
It shot 40rnds great with the magazine provided by Century. When I got it home, cleaned it out, and took it to the range it kept play stove pipe games.
I took the advice from Perro and others and found that the front of the trigger pack was too low. The shelf the century monkeys made wasn't built up enough. I put a shim in there (epoxy and thin metal strips) and it seemed to fix the problem. I imagine if someone put a quality trigger assembly on it that would also fix the issue. Since I've put about 80rnds through it. Some of the "new" CETME steel mags I got from Tapco didn't work as well as the one from Century though. I believe the bolt has been ground down. It has a muzzle brake and the bore looks good.
The wood on it was a set I got from a board member in late 2002 that was in a bit nicer shape. Both sets go with it.
I also bought a B-Square scope mount and shaved a bit off the underside so it would fit right on the receiver top. I paid like $60 for it. Also have a couple of G3 stock retainer pins.
I'd like to get $360 shipped for the rifle and accessories to your FFL (up to $35 shipping to the east coast from WA state).
