1942 Tula SVT-40 chambered in 7.62x54R (Mosin Nagant ammo). Late model with AVT pattern stock, two port muzzle brake, and no scope rail. This rifle was made when the Russians were phasing the SVT out of sniper role and concentrating all of their effort on the Mosin Nagant since the SVT was more complex to make. Bore has shiny lands and dark grooves (typical on these). All parts are matching including the stock, except for the magazine (again, typical). Will come with an original sling. You'll be surprised by how light and trim these rifles are.
