It's in good shape, but it's been used. There are the usual marks from mounting and handling, but nothing too bad. The anti-rotation tabs were filed down to fit a Vltor Mur (visible in the second picture), but it will still work fine with any other upper. Includes all mounting hardware and parts. This rail mounts on a standard barrel nut.
