Have an excellent example of an SR9, all factory, from stock, to trigger, to polygonal bore barrel.
I rate this conservatively at 95%, others have given it as high as 97-98%.
The Stock and Forearm are HK original. (even has the HK logo on the recoil pad; woot!) Slight finish wear on them, but great low 90's% condition easily. Have another spare non-hk SR9 type forearm; good for drilling and tapping a sling stud into for a harris bipod.
No pitting or rust anywhere. Bore looks great.
Maybe 3 tiny sub-1" long scrapes here and there in the finish, way better than you'd expect for a 14 year old rifle. One on the barrel about an inch back from the muzzle, and two under the ejection port.
Comes with Genuine HK claw mount with 30mm rings, and the 1" inserts. ( it has "<- Schrietzebrieng" or however you spell it on the bottom)
Has genuine SR9 trigger pack with welded on SR9 trigger (not the formed stamped sheet metal typical of 91/93's)
Comes with 9 HK mags, 4 in great shape, 2 in ok shape, and 3 in 'use em for the range cuz they have scuffs' shape.
Also has one US Thermold in great shape.
All markings are clean, rear drum inlays are clean. KA Date code.
Bolt carrier and bolt head are clean, almost immaculate. Looks like the gun had maybe 100 rounds shot through it.
This is a RARE example of the polygonal bore, and the PERFECT candidate for a PSG clone build up. Either throw a PSG trigger group, PSG Grip, and PSG Stock for a TC variant build, or the PSG group, PSG Grip, and MSG stock for a T build. If you have deeper pockets, send it off for a full PSG build up with welded rails and such.
I can confirm via signed letter from the previous owner that it was configured legally during the window prior to 1998 as a PSG clone (T variant) therefore, it is grandfathered to be configured again as such and not be in violation of 922(r).
I do not wish to part the Claw Mount out seperate from the rifle, so please do not ask. Asking for $2200, shipped to your FFL.
