I've got an extra pair of unused brand-new USAF flyer's boots in size 9EE. I don't have a picture of them, but here's a link to a supplier of the boot to give you an idea of the features:www.interarm.com/pilot2.htm
The laces are a thin speed lace that's pulled tight and a metal piece slides down, keeping the laces tightly in place, then the laces are wrapped around the ankle. The leather top of the boot folds over the laces and is kept in place by a couple of pieces of velcro. Quick to put on, as you can imagine. The USAF is transitioning to the Belleville boots for aircrew it seems, and these aren't seen as much in Equipment Issue.
Black leather, I've seen many troops (non-aircrew) wear these in the Air Force, but I don't know if they're authorized w/the BDU or ABU uniforms. I have enough pairs of boots to last a lifetime, these are just taking up space.
If you don't have any spare airplanes around, these make great driving boots.
$50 shipped, USPS money order. I've got a work trip coming up so there may be a delay in shipping until next week. Email 1965_sunbeam_tiger at earthlink dot net with any questions.
Thanks for looking.
