I really hate to get rid of this guy, but I've gone on to a higher power ;-)
History: I am the original purchaser of this scope from Premier Reticle back in 2000. I placed it on a 32lb Dierks-built McBros .50 BMG Light Benchrest rifle in Leupold Mark 4 rings, and there it has stayed until today. It was used for approximately 600 rounds, both for general practice and in 600yd and 1000yd benchrest matches (I placed 4th or above in every match I shot with it).
Condition: Excellent. The finish is like new, with very minor ring marks. A couple places on the turret corners have had the finish removed by contact in my safe. There is also one small mark on the eyepiece near the lockring. These are all very minor cosmetic issues. Mounted on a gun this scope could pass for brand-new unless the inspection was very close. I've taken photos with the camera flash on to highlight these marks, so everything looks a lot more shiny/dusty than normal --- the finish wear on the turret edge is not nearly as visible without the camera flash. The optics are flawless, and the adjustment knobs are tight. The gun rides in an aluminum hard case everywhere it goes.
Features: This is one of the stronger, tougher scopes out there. This is a REAL Mark 4, originally designed for hard use in the US military. Since it is based on the 16x model, it retains the full 140 MOA vertical adjustment, allowing the shooter to dial in extreme range targets (I've gone to 1mi with it, and did not run out of adjustment). The reticle is the USMC spec Mil-dot (footballs).

I've got to say that this is a great scope, both optically and functionally. The 40mm objective is low-profile, and does not inhibit clarity or light transmission. I was able to shoot some great groups and scores with it. The 20x version of the 140 MOA platform is hard to find, so get it while you can!
It comes with the factory flip-up caps and sunshade, but unfortunately, no box unless I run across it in the next couple days.
Price: $1125 shipped/insured to USA
I strongly prefer Cashier's Check as payment.
I will consider partial trades for the following:
