I'm no expert so I can't really answer your question. It sounds like you've really got a nice upper for sale there. I'll be interested to see the replies to this thread.
In watching the EE, it's seemed to me that 60% of "book value" sells almost immediately. Eighty percent of book value sells quickly but can take some time. Beyond that, things seem to languish a bit but eventually sell.
You're at somewhat of a disdvantage because you'll be offering a high-dollar item. These have sold slower from what I've observed.
I guess since I'm posting into your thread I should offer some "advice." My advice would be to add 5% to your actual costs on the upper and see what happens. You can always BTT and do price drops.

ETA: I have a suspicion that at that price point, you might do better parting your upper out. We'll see what others say.
