Ive got that upper.Let me tell you it is MEAN!Its like shooting a 20ga slug gun. AlexanderArms does some very nice machine work BTW,very high quality work. I love mine.............shooting it is very addictive.
Ultramagbrion, I was using Hodon Lil'Gun and followed the data PDF file Here reduced by 3 grains as a starting point. I only reloaded 20 rounds though as I kind of lost interest due to another AR10 project (which now demands more $!)

Sorry Madhatter, I am not looking for any trades right now.
I will be at Fort Dix Shoot on Saturday - how accurate is it with factory, with handloads? I had my mind set on FFHG for accuracy (using it for deer hunting), but I am listening - thanks for your efforts here.
<IMG SRC=/images/smilies/anim_fart.gif border=0 align=middle>I sympathize entirely, when I get that way I find prunes helpful.
Lion Dog, I never shot it off the bench for accuracy, just sighted it in with an EOTech and had fun at the gravel pit! A 12" diameter 24" long log that doesn't even move when you hit it with .223 kocks over like you hit it wit a freight train! And as for the handloads I only did 20 to try and save some money (I actually made up more inert cartridges for friends as novelties). If it hasn't sold by friday night I will come up to Dix and let you check it out. If you are seriously interested bring a scope/mount and lower and you are welcome to see how it does off the bench. Also if you want to freefloat it just get whatever tube you like and I will install it.

I too have an Entry Beowulf and have gotten 1.5"-2" groups at 100 yards using a 7x Leupold. It would be an awsome round for deer hunting.
