This EIG S-25
was made by EIG in Japan during the 1960s. It's designed as a .22 short blank gun - so there is no NFA/FFL requirements to make a purchase.
A standard .22 round will not fire in this EIG - only .22 short blanks. The only way it would fire a .22 short /.22 LR would be if you bored out the end - but then, you would need a proper NFA permit for fireams construction/modification.
These are extremely rare these days - as most of them were modified to fire standard .22 short or .22 LR and had to be disposed of. I have only seen 4 others out there over the last several years. This EIG is in original, unaltered condition and perfect working order with no problems noted. I have seen these offered for between $200 and $250 on Gunbroker.com. I am pricing mine to sell it at $150.00 shipped to your location.
IM me if you are interested. No FFL is needed for this purchase.
