I sent you a pm, as I'm interested and wasn't going to post anything, but after reading again, I see that you say it must go to an FFL and they must accept from an individual, well No FFL will accept a pistol from an individual! Pistols have to go from FFL to FFL or somebodies in deep trouble! Just wanted to let you know that, to save you from making a mistake. Long guns can be done that way, but not pistols. Thanks, Jason
Ok so unless he's selling it to a person in his state then it has to go to a FFL. That's my fault I guess. Anyhow, I guess I'll keep my mouth shut next time and not really care if somebody gets themselves in trouble. I guess maybe I was just thinking of what all of my FFL's have told me, which is they won't accept and the law didn't allow someone to mail a pistol/handgun to an FFL. My apologies to the OP and I reckon that will take me out of the running, as I know none of my FFL's will accept from an individual.
