While I do appreciate your candor and respect your stance on not wishing to sell to Californian's, just to go on the record... you are incorrect on your understanding of California Penal Code.
Quite a few FFLs throughout California are accepting stripped AR and AK receivers as well as fully-built rifles in legal SB23-compliant configurations (e.g. an AR w/ all "no-ban" features with the one requirement that a 10rd mag be fixed via a nut/screw or an AK with no evil features or with a pinned magazine if evil features exist).
If you are not aware of what is going on in California right now, I suggest you visit the California forum of ARFCOM or visit www.calguns.net. Over 30,000 stripped AR receivers and at least 5,000 stripped AK receivers have been sold in California in the last five months. Hundreds more are being sold each and every day. Fully-built rifles are now being sold with more frequency as well now that the DOJ has gone on record to state that the water is safe as long as SB-23 requirements are met and the receivers are not listed on the Kasler list. As I said, visit Calguns.net for more information.
