WTS--1999 Walther PPK/S Stainless Steel .380...original owner.
This beauty has had over $400 worth of work/extras put into it, and has only had about 5 boxes of ammo put through it. Most obvious addition is the night sights (3-dots green dots with the front dot larger than the rear dots). Great Gun Works in Pensacola, Florida did over $300 worth of additional gunsmithing. Their work included:
-Polish internals & deburr
-Smooth Safety Decocker
-Polish & Radius Trigger
-Hammer was slightly rubbing against slide (common problem), corrected it.
From the factory:
DA Pull 14 #
SA Pull 6 #
AFTER Gunsmithing work:
DA Pull 10.5 #
SA Pull 4.5 #
Needless to say, this is a VERY accurate pistol (also have a target with two mags fired into it from 10 yards) in 99% condition. Comes with two factory magazines, in original factory box with owners manual, factory target and shell casing (Feb. 1999), target factory plastic cleaning rod, and am willing to Xerox the gunsmithing paperwork if desired.
Conservatively have over $900 invested in this pistol but am willing to sell for $675. Would prefer make a private sale in the Houston area for convenience sake, and will include a box of Remington 88 gr. JHP ammo for any Houston sale. Otherwise, buyer pays approx. $35 for shipping to their FFL (thank UPS for their stupid policies on pistol shipping).
