Sure- Dan Wesson's have the interchangeable barrel system. The barrel is held tight by a barrel nut- take it off, and the barrel shroud slides off, then you can unscrew the barrel by hand.
Dan Wesson used to sell "Pistol Pacs" with different lengths of barrels and shrouds.
Dan Wessons are also extraordinarily accurate- the silhouette matches were dominated by San Wessons for years. Some claim that this is because the barrel, held with threads on one end and a barrel nut on the other, is constantly under tension.
I own 2 .357s and a .44 mag. They are all accurate; the 44 mag is the most accurate handgun I've ever seen...and I'm pretty old!
