For example, my response was not the next day, but the same day. 3 hours later. And again, you chose not to answer the question.
Next, you told me it was shipped on Monday. Here you say it was Tuesday.
Even after that, once you finally had a tracking number yesterday, you again chose not to respond.
Would I have been pissed, confirming that you did not ship until more than a week after you told me you had? Yes.
Would we be discussing it here? Not likely.
It sounds like you are maybe in charge of a shipping dept. At least deal with UPS regularly at work. I'm a warehouse manager, and have a daily UPS pick up.
If something were missed by our driver, I would know within 10-15 minutes.
Your +feedback is why I gave you the benefit of the doubt in the 1st place. Not telling me the truth is what brought us here.
I tried to get the facts, and wasn't given any.
My emails and their times are as follow.
Monday, Sept 6th 6:20pm- YOU, requesting tracking
Tuesday, Sept 7 9:28am-my reply, surprised you hadn't received scope
Tuesday, Sept 7 12:39pm- YOU, confirming non delivery and again asking for tracking
Wednesday, Sept 8 7:02am- YOU, link to negative feedback post
I didn't get the written order of emails correct that's my fault, but above are the emails, their dates and times. In one email that I sent you I misquoted the day that the scope went out, big deal. You weren't given the facts because you did not afford me the opportunity to do so. Choosing not to respond and not having a chance are two totally different things. I have absolutely nothing to hide here, I'm not lying about anything or trying to cover up any facts from this whole ordeal. I have yet to see where I have not told you the truth about anything. As to not knowing about the whereabouts of packages, I own a small business. I am far from a warehouse manager, although that is one of the many hats that I wear. We have anywhere from from 5-10 deliveries a day, ranging from UPS/FEDEX to huge rolls of carpet to pallets of furniture. Nothing is electronic, it is all checked in and checked out by a human being(most of the time, me). If a package is missed there is usually a good reason. In this case there was a perfectly good reason. After it was discovered that there was a problem, it was rectified. Ironically enough, the package sat idle for a week and neither of us knew the difference. Only when the package was actually on its way to you did you post the negative feedback. Although in your defense, you had no knowledge of this because you did not allow the me opportunity of a reply email. I really do not appreciate the angle of your attack on this matter. Obviously you are calling me a liar but I'm not sure if you think that I am a cheat or a their or what. Whatever the case may be it is not appreciated. At any rate, you have your tracking information and as of tomorrow you will have your scope.
