Why is that? Sorry but I just don't quite understand, I'm in Ca. and have had no problems getting collapsing stocks for the rifles I currently own.
Not to mention there are Ca. approved rifles that can make use of the stocks and not be considered "assault weapons" by the Ca. DOJ such as the DPMS single shot lowers as well as the FAB-10 lowers. Not to mention the legally owned and registered guns that are widely abundant as well.
This is just confusing to me and would like it cleared up if possible. I totally understand if it's a CYA thing, don't blame anyone who doesn't want to ship said parts into Ca. Just gotta wonder if maybe it's something truely stupid like a state restriction being placed on you.
Such as with Ops Inc not being able to sell to civilians outside the state because they reside in Ca., how dumb is that?
