This is a complete system, minus the iron Sights, due to people didn't care about the iron sights for a sniper rifle. The system was received with a soft case, but Remington provided a case that was too short for the rifle.
Remington took serviceable M24s from the field, replaced the barrel, trigger, and bolt with new surplus parts. The bipod was later replaced by Remington with a new Harris bipod, due to one leg not working properly. The stock, optic and case are initial issue, but serviceable. The plastic case on the left is the photo is the case for the optic. The Pelican case on the right is the Deployment Kit, which has new tools, spares, and cleaning kit. The number of systems this complete put out was far fewer than anticipated. I've put less than 20 rounds though it, to sight it in, since Remington reconditioned the rifle.
