I've done some research since I know I've seen ammo shipped person-to-person before with no problems. From what I read, you don't need a Hazmat license or account, but in order for UPS and Fedex to ship ammo via ground, it must be marked "ORM-D, SMALL ARMS AMMO", there may be a form. Supposedly there is no extra fee for UPS, I wasn't able to find out for FedEx. At worst, you could include it in a separate FFL-to-me shipment, and I'm fairly certain any decent gun store would have a method for sending ammunition
