I have a steel def-tec 37mm launcher that I want bored out to 40mm with a proper chamber.

I would prefer to have rifling cut in the bore,  though I am not a machinist and don't know how possible that is without making custom tooling. Maybe 40mm is big enough to fit standard tooling to cut rifling? I will consider making it a smoothbore though if rifling isn't an option.

I also have a new aluminum m203 barrel that dimensions can be pulled from and multiple dummy round to check the chamber and headspace.

If anyone thinks they can do the job,  shoot me a pm or email ([email protected]) and we can talk about cost and timeframe.  
The frame of the launcher is the registered part,  that will stay in my possession, so I don't think an FFL or SOT is needed,  but I'm no lawyer or legal expert.
