I spoke with our CFO. She has agreed to the refund for the total of $1836, per your request. This is not common policy and I’ll be honest with you when I state I have never given a refund to a retail customer on a purchase made through a dealer.
I do, however, sympathize with your circumstances and realize that there is nothing we can do to keep you as a loyal ArmaLite customer based on the quality of the firearm you received from us.
The refund check will not be processed today, but I asked it could get out by end of week, and Finance is going to do that. You should see it in the mail next week.
