Yes I agree, I asked this because I want to be sure not to break Italian and USA law. For example except for lower receivers, barrels, complete uppers (because there is a barrel with it) and complete firearms, all the other components could be bought freely by everyone here in Italy. When Brownell's hasn't a specific site for Italian market, Brownell's USA shipped to Italy every component under 100 USD. It's hard to understand how it works but with ITAR all components (that are not firearms and not dangerous items) must be bought from the importers only and the price doubles. Components that, as I said before, you can buy without any license here.
