I recently made a order through Georgia Precision for some springs and some Black Hills ammo. I made my order on the 7th of July, I also paid for faster shipping because hey what the heck why not. Well 2 weeks pass and nothing....4 weeks and nothing......so I call Georgia precision phone number on their website (1-478-994-4560), the line is either always busy or you get kicked to the pleasant sound of a modem. Their is the rare occasion that you actually hear a voice....well that is just their answering machine. I finally get some one who worked their but he told me that their computers were down and they could not look any thing up, so he took my name. A week later the shipment arrived, with no ammo, and a invoice that only read $46.00. The problem with that is that I sent them a $73.00 money order and I have a receipt for $46.00 with the ammo on it listed as $0.00. I was not notified as to whether or not they canceled that part of the order and thought they credited me or if they were going to send it at a latter date.
So right now 7 weeks later I am out $27.00 with no clue what is going on, as well as getting dicked on my shipping. So I have left over 10 messages for a call back about my order but never does this company listen or call back. This is the worst company I have ever go through. They do not respond to their customers at all.
Any one else have problems with them?
