Ya know, it's a funny thing. Like most people, we all have hobbies. Some people ride dirt bikes, and society's ok with that. Others, like my wife, play softball, and society says that's OK too. People (I'm speaking for myself) who are on this "community" enjoy going to the range on a nice day, and punching holes in targets talking to others about equipment, ideas, and generally having a great, safe, time. Has anyone realized that on any given weekend, emergency rooms across America are packed with injuries from things like dirt bike riding or softball players and not usually firearm owners enjoying a nice day at the range? True, firearm injuries occur, but generally in the hands of, what I like to call, "community undesireables". It seems to me that firearm owners get a bad rap right out of the gate. Kinda like if you mention to someone that you have a Pit Bull. They automatically assume you, like your dog, are a badass. Now I said all that to say this, I left GlockTalk because I couldn't stand the bashing, antagonizing, and berating of like-minded people who enjoy the same hobbies. True, many people would never speak in person what they write on a forum board. Not to throw out any Rodney king vibes, but I think an attitude change for the sake of our "cause" might be something we all, including myself, could use. Our hobby is a dying one and our "leaders" want to crush us on every side for the sake of our "safety". There might be a day when we can't enjoy the day at the range and have to take up something else for our weekend play time. Anyway...go ahead and bash my brains against the forum walls. My offer for the AR mags still stands. Don't like the price/ Offer me something else. Don't like my state I live in? I'm leading a recall effort against the governor. Don't like my name? Change it to something you can live with. White Flyer is the name of those ceramic flying discs that I shoot out of the sky at sporting clays ranges around Los Angeles (and yes, I suck). As you can see by my number of posts, I'm new to this board. I'd like to keep coming back.
By the way, paypal not gauranteeing mags is news to me. I'm a man of my word. As with everything I sell on Ebay (please see feedback profile under bradleyandkelly) I offer an inspection period. If you don't like it, or are not completely satified, I will refund the money. I work for a living too and wouldn't expect someone to pay for something with their hard earned money if they aren't happy with it. This is why I like Paypal, I can resend the funds with the click of a mouse without problems. this has only occured once because the Smith & Wesson grips a guy bought didn't fit his gun.
