Bushmaster XM-15 A3 with the following modifications : Clark Carbon Fiber free float tube , Olympic Stainless Ultramatch 20 inch HBAR barrel , Jard competition trigger ,Tactical bolt latch , Armalite one piece scope mount with integral rings and a Simmons 3-9x40 prohunter scope with Butler Creek flip up scope covers . This rifle is extremely accurate and has had about 500 rounds total shot through it with about 150 of those with the new Barrel . I painted the rifle tan so that it would not heat up as much when sitting in the sun for extended periods of time (Whistlepig hunting) . There is some scratches in the paint on the handgaurd towards the front from using something harder than it was soft as a field expedient rest but will include the can of paint used to paint the rest of it if you wish to touch it up . This rifle shoots 1/2 MOA or better using quality handloads and will not dissapoint , 850.00 includes 2-30 round GI mags .Please e-mail me at email@example.com for any further information . Thanks .
Here is the target I used to sight the rifle in with before swapping scopes . Most groups hover between .250 and .500 depending on how well I do my part . I used a couple of fertilizer bags on the tool box of my truck to shoot these groups. The squares are each one inch .
