We need to be more open with things like this.
There was recently a thread where a person posted a bad experience with a company, and there were 15 responses to the point of 'yeah, they suck'. Nobody can see the bad things all the time unless we help each other.
Do not be afraid to post something "Bad", if it truely is bad, it will be sorted out. If you are trying to make somebody look bad by posting something bad, that will also be sorted out.
There is only one truth, and we (Team Members, members, moderators, staff) will spend HOURS finding that One Truth.
It is sad that it has come to this, but unless people are open with feedback, we cannot shield a "bad person" that gets by with many transactions.
A Postitive feedback means "it was exactly what I wanted, when I wanted, and didn't feel like I was led on in any way"
No Feedback means "I got what I wanted, nothing spectacular" (do not bother posting anything in these cases, which are many)
A Negative (not pleased, for any reason, be it lies, bad product, or delays) will make "us" help find out what exactly happened, from BOTH sides, and do our best to help resolve the situation before putting an actual negative on the account.
This is as fair as we can make it with the current system, and much less able to be manipulated by a purely computer database driven system.
