I have an eye doctor at ten. So if you can do it saturday around three or four then lets do that. Please confirm all boxes are 50 count. So this os thirty boxes for seven hundred. And i can use 44 special and 44s&w in a 44mag gun correct? I will do $700 cash for all 30 boxes of the blazer and winchester lead flat nose 44 specials. That is all the boxes you have available in the 50 round boxes. Otherwise I will take all 20 boxes of the blazer at $25 per box. So we can either do $500 total for the blazer or we can do $700 for the blazer and all the winchester lead flat nose. This is alot of money here and I will come pick it up and have straight hundred dollar bills. Let me know which of my two offers you want to do. I know you want to move this ammo and I can take 30 boxes off you this weekend. I will await your repsonse. $700 is a good amount of money and this is the last and only time I will be making my way up to you for ammo so i hope we can make this trip worth it. - ––––-Original Message––––- From: @yahoo.com> To: @aol.com> Sent: Wed, Mar 9, 2011 5:32 pm Subject: Re: 44 mag ammo BEST I can do: gold dots $20 blazer $25 silvertip $15 win cowboy $25 fed hydra $20. Jim, you must be kidding me Chief.
I sorry for not making a deal with you. But this crying is just down right sad. I have bought over $500 worth of ammo from your ammo ad posting. I simply remember you making the comment to me that you would make me one hell of a deal on some 44mag if I ever had the need. Well, I had the need. I emailed you and asked for your best price and had some questions on 44 special in a 44 mag. You told me to call. I did. You gave me your best price. I responded with my best offer. I said everything sounded good and you told me to double check everything and make sure its what I wanted. You told me to call. I did. Im sorry you dragged the convo on for 45 mins and now feel like I owe you for your time. I thought I wanted the ammo but realize 5 minutes after our phone call that cowboy action ammo wasnt going to work for me. You explained all this about the cowboy ammo to me on the phone and I hadnt had a chance to look it up until directly after our call. I looked it up and didnt like it for my needs. I found a better price on normal 44mag ammo and emailed you politely shortly after our call. None of your sales were hurt. I didnt post in your ad about the ammo and no potential customer was pushed away. Stop whining and crying. Threatening to report me and say I am a bad buyer. sad sad sad is the day that a grown man must cry like a little girl online and try to make me seem like a bad guy. Whats the issue here? We had positive dealings and I see no mention of that positive review of me? But your quick to come on at 3am and cry wolf about this? Sorry Jim. You look like a fool here and I have made over ten positive transactions with various members here over the past two months. My intentions were honest and I have to take the best route for me. You had lost nothing out of this. |

notice the 8:32 email is a question I had before a final deal..... "So this os thirty boxes for seven hundred. And i can use 44 special and 44s&w in a 44mag gun correct?" This is clearly still a deal in the works and not fully agreed upon. Three minutes later he told me to call to finalize a deal and I did. A deal was not struck over the phone. I wanted to do my research on 44 special in a 44 mag and also see what cowboy loads were. I got off the phone with Jim and followed up saying in my email that the deal would not work. Jim knew I wasnt sure about the loads and which type I needed and that I needed to look into it more after our conversation. None of this it mentioned by Jim of course. All the posted emails show the makings of a deal and simple negotiations and questions.

To each his own.

The deal actually had nothingto do with that ad. I contact him seperately from a previois convo where he said he had a lot of 44mag. That ad has nothing to do with my negotiations as i didnt refer to the ad and only inquired initially via email about the ammo.
