I had excellent, very quick response from cagunzgear - a couple hundred dollars worth of parts I think.
I used PP that time and Im guessing that every single complaint is from folks not using PP. (not that theres anything wrong with that)
Cagunzgear is buying up so much stuff that I can easily see where some things are getting delayed, or possibly even forgotten when trying to keep track of mailing addys for MO's, etc.. However when it's less than 48 hours later to start posting about a lack of communication seems to infer other issues. Heck hopefully most of us have lives outside of this board right :-)
The Feedback system is there for a reason and Mods can be notified. I know lots of folks are pissed at this guys domination of the marketplace - heck, Ive lost out to him many times as well.
But stirring up a public S/storm b/c we're frustrated and want to ban someone seems a little excessive IMO.
If a seller requires communication and/or payment, etc within say 48 hours then its their duty to plainly state that in their ad. Thats what Ive done if Im in a hurry or have to go out of town, etc. So if you dont state up front a required timetable - then you have created a grey area.
