I agree about Aim. A few months ago I decided to try them out as an ammo source, so I ordered a case of Radway Green 5.56 ammo prior to a Defensive Carbine Course. Faxed in my ID, as instructed (first time I've ever had to do that when buying ammo.
Was contacted a day or two later saying my ID wasn't readable, and to please fax again. I complied, and also explained that if it didn't come through legibly this time, to please contact me ASAP because I couldn't have my order delayed due to needing the ammo for the upcoming carbine course. No contact after I sent it, and my schedule had me running, so I figured all was in order...but a few days later when I had a chance later I decided to call (or maybe email) to make sure. Got this (from Steve, I think): "your order is still on hold because the 2nd fax wasn't readable either." By that point it was too late to get my ammo on time, so I cancelled.
I have little patience for apathetic customer service. I'm willing to give honest mistakes a 2nd chance, but apathy isn't a mistake.
