Gentlemen and Ladies,
After much consideration I find it only appropriate to apologize for my behavior in regards to the (-1 for THEHOMELANDSOLDIER) thread started by LUGERMAN. Looking at it all from 2 steps back it somewhat embarrasses me. I let anger get control of my words and actions, and I try really hard to not let that happen.
Although this apology is not directed towards LUGERMAN himself, I would be happy to send the $8.00 he claims he's been shorted to a fellow member, who can then forward it to him. If you read the aforementioned thread you will understand why, I will not communicate with this person any longer.
I accept the -1 that will hit my feedback, because I let my anger control my decision whether or not to refund this gentleman the $8 he claims I owed him. As I mentioned before, I apologize for my childish behavior in this manner, but as most people are, once I feel threatened I lose it. I shouldn't have let that happen. I do not expect the -1 o be removed from my feedback, I am doing this for myself, not my feedback, like I said before, I accept the -1 for not being "The Better Man" in the situation. What I mean to say is that although I know I did not "cheat" this person in any way, none the less I have to deal with the situation in an appropriate menner.
So, although I do not wish to consider this note an admittance of defeat, after reading everyone's posts I have realized that if I had only insured the package, this would have never had to happen. A lesson learned for me.
In conclusion, my apologies to AR15.com, and if someone would like to take me up on the offer of forwarding the $8 to him, please post it here to ensure confirmation that it has been done. I will check back in later today.
