Here's a little more info for relevance:
Right now, the land is technically land locked. We have ROW from 521, through a tract of land, and then over RR tracks (which border the property on the south side). The ROW is grown up, but could be cut to give access there. Currently, we are trying to make contact with CSX to get a crossing put back in so we can access the property directly. As of now, we have been accessing the land from a joiner's property through verbal agreement. He said if we sell, there's no more access through his property. HOWEVER, our broker is working a potential deal with him for us to purchase five (5) acres so we can have direct access on the east side. I forget the name of the road, but it is just past the RR bridge right off 521.
