Not written in stone, just a good rule of thumb for adequate neck tension. Remember, seating deeper reduces pressure, so if you start out at 2.260 and feel you need to seat deeper, your pressures will not increase causing a high pressure situation. |

I don't know if you'd want to load the 50gr bullets out to 2.260", but yeah...it probably doesn't matter much with the longer/heavier bullets. 2.220"-2.250" would be safe. Chris |

2.25" works for me with the 55 gr z-max
