Anyone know who makes the best US compliance parts for the G3 and where to buy them?

Also how many parts are required?

Here are the parts considered by BATF&E to be part of a G3 type rifle:
1. receiver
2. barrel
3. trunnion
4. muzzle attachment
5. bolt
6. bolt carrier
7. operating rod (charging handle)
8. trigger housing (pistol grip frame)
9. trigger
10. hammer
11. sear
12. buttstock
13. pistol grip
14. handguard
15. magazine body
16. magazine follower
17. magazine floorplate.

A G3 type rifle, to be in federal compliance, must have no more than ten of the above parts to be imported parts.

Hesse, Century, JLD, and Top Notch have or are making U.S. parts for the G3. Also there are some others who have or are making U.S. mags or U.S. mag parts.

Top Notch sells the Special Weapons U.S. parts.
We just added to our line the Special Weapons U.S. furniture parts, including the Navy lower in black or green that will count as two parts (trigger housing, pistol grip) for compliance.

We do have the G3 kits (p.n. KI403) still in stock.
