I see these everywhere (kits) for dirt cheap.  Guess there's no real demand for them, so dealers are practically giving them away.

what could you do with a parts kit?  does anyone even make a semi-auto receiver?

Weaponeer has some info on building them if you dig enough.  It is not a simple build at all.  I'm not sure if any of those guys have completed one yet, or if they're still trying.
