I just checked on mine today (mg) for the first time since I sent it in. Today is exactly 90 days from pending. The nice lady at the NFA branch told me they are currently running anywhere from 90 to 120 days from pending. I also sent in a pair of form 4's last week for a coupe of cans.

After a while, you won't feel right if you're not waiting on an NFA transfer.

I wonder if SBR wait times are similar?

I have two possible builds in mind.

My first was 72 days from pending, my 2nd is now in the 80ish range and still no word I'm resisting the urge to call.

My first was a corporate transfer, it took about 49 days from mailing the forms to suppressor in hand. I currently have another suppressor and an SBR pending - its been something like 30 days right now, I think.

My first Form4 was 35days mailbox to mailbox with a holiday in the middle. My 2nd Form4 has taken 30days jus to from mailbox to pending , its goin on another 30days of pending. So, I guess I can expect to wait a nother couple months. That blows. Oh well.

All of my F1's have taken between 4 and 5 months, 'bout like F4's. They sure don't get in any hurry.

Be patient.
The NFA branch is moving from Washington, DC to West Virginia and things are looking up.
90 days from pending isn't that bad.
It isn't like there is a standard formula, anyway.
Some people get F4's approved in 60 days while there are stories of others who are on their 6th and 7th month from pending without so much as a look-up or remark from Houchens.
I'm on about 100+ for a F1 and i'll sit tight till WV gets ironed out.

According to all reports, the lions share of the new examiners at the WV branch are thankfully (racist remark) men, as opposed to the totally useless (racist remark) women that used to staff the DC branch of the NFA like that worthless, obese (racist remark) examiner Dianne Lawrence who had two of my damn forms tied up for OVER A YEAR, (foul language) disgusting, (racist remark) piece of (foul language).
Trying to communicate with that illiterate (racist remark) is akin to listening to one of those fake TV preachers pretend to speak in tongues.
