Gemtech and Liberty both sell raw stainless silencers. The white Sparrows don't really look like stainless, I think they are bead blasted.

I've never seen one in person...but the description says: "The outer tube is uncoated and polished satin stainless steel." So...not "raw", but I wasn't aware of many unfinished stainless steel outer tubes on the market. |

The White Sparrow is not really a glossy, shiny finish. It's sort of a matte stainless, and it matches the Ruger Stainless Steel finish pretty close. I think when it was announced, Silencerco said the goal was to match the Ruger SS finish for all the 10/22/MKIII shooters out there.
I didn't have a threaded MKIII in Stainless to screw it onto, but here's the White Sparrow with a SS MKIII and 10/22. The closest match is to the finish on the 10/22 receiver.
