legal? can i put a sling on an AOW? seems that a sling over your shoulder would help when shooting (gives a pseudo "stock weld") for more accurate shooting.

anyhow, just wondering if it could be construed as having a stock on an AOW (a no-no)

Nothing in the regs that I have seen about sling being a no-no.
