i think that i might try to sell my Remington 710, but it does not have the origional bushnell scope

now its got a smaller, 4x36 Simmons scope, leupold rings, and a kylon camo paint job

what would be a good price to offer it for?

how much do you think that a pawn shop would offer?

its got about 50-60 rnds through it, but very clean

Resale on these guns is not that good, but hunting season is right around the corner. I would guess the going rate would be around $200-250, considering the gun new (without paint job) is $340.

Granted, you're selling it - but what is your opinion of the 710?

overal?

get the Remingtion 700

the 710 works, pretty accurate, disassembly is simple, there are few parts, its lightweight (great for hunting or as a scout type rifle), and the trigger is good; h/w, the bolt is NOT smooth (unless you dump a ton of CLP prior to use), the stock sucks

its a nice gun thats cheap and reliable; h/w, if you got the money, get a 700

You would be better off trying to trade/sell it through the EE. A pawn shop won't give you much at all for it, maybe $150 at the most.

Post it, you never know who might be looking for one!
