I'm having alot of trouble finding a nickel plated heatshield to go on my 870 Marine Magnum.
Probably pretty useless but for looks is what i'm after.

The only nickel heatshield I know of is made by mossberg.  Thes are supposed to fit on the 870s as well but the finish is a more of a matte nickel.  I ordered a parkerized one for my 870 project and hopefully it will fit on it.  I saw an 870 on page 11 of the shotgun pics thread that looked like it had a mossberg heatshield  on it. What's the big deal on heat shields.  

Maybe it's just me but I think they look like crap and serve no real purpose.
