Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - newbie question- no more plans?

I have long read about homebuilt 50 bmg rifles. I finally decided to try this huge project and I can no longer find any plans for sale. Does anyone have any suggestions as far as a source of plans? I can only locate the Homles book, but I have heard it is not the best bet. I was hoping to try the gunmetal designs rifle but as I said no luck locating plans.
It seems as if the whole world follows Kalifornias stupid rules.
Anyway thanks for the help.
