Plan on buying an aimpoint comp ML2 and was wondering what mounts would I need?

From SWFA website
- 10174-Forward carry handle mount $49.95
- 568059-railgrabber  $79.95

Is all I need listed here to mount my aimpoint or will I need spacer, or rings?

Still new to optics, so bear with me.
