You need to be more specific about the type of shells (guage? weight of shot? dram?) you plan on reloading. 473AA is dicontinued and was intended to be used for 20 ga loads (I think). If you are looking for regular target loads (3 dram) with 1 1/8th oz. of shot Red Dot would be a better choice.

I have an older Winchester reloading manual that lists loads using 473AA. When loading shotgun shells you really need to stick with the componenets that were used to make the load as different components change the interior volume and colum pressure of the loaded round. Not saying you can't get something to work but you will be taking a chance of problems.

Of course they don't list the wads you intend on using, what hull were you going to use?

If you use a AA hull and WAA12 wad there is data listed for a 1 1/8th oz. load.
