I haven't heard any negative reviews about it with regards to functioning and cycling.  I'd definitely try it to see how well it patterns in my shotguns.

A buddy bought some last weekend, and we shot it and some Winchester military.   He bought a new 870, and wanted to try different loads.

They ran and patterned fine in his 870 with the breacher choke that he has.

I bought a case of estate #4 buck shot a few yrs ago. i've shot it in my 870 & 11-48 with no problems other than it kicks more than shooting slugs. feels like maybe twice as much. I call the stuff the shoulder busters. It makes it not fun to shoot. I've had other people shoot it and they tell me the same thing.

It definitely packs a wallop, but it shoots fine in my 590s

Shot a box thru my model 12.  Didn't pattern as well as buffered federal but isn't wasn't awful.

I'd buy it again.

I think I kept all the pellets on a 8 in paper plate at 15yds

It's not the best patterning imo, but it's worth buying. I bought 1000 shells Black Friday to add to my rainy day supply.

Non buffered. Good general purpose load. It has a roll crimp with a clear overshot wad. Therefor it is a little longer the American made 2 3/4"'shotgun ammo and will not work in some saiga mags/drums. Runs great in my 870 and Stoeger P2000.

I've shot a lot of it.
Estate had a military contract from the Navy at one time I was told.
it shoots pretty well.
not a federal Flite Control but will shoot as well as Remington.
