A friend of mine dropped off a small framed, semi auto handgun. His grandfather just gave it to him. Gramps told him it was a .25 ACP. It is BADLY pitted on one side of the frame. Surface rust on the rest is not un-workable. The slide (the rest is soaking) is now clean. I can make this out (I think):
"Soc.lt. Flll Galesi-Brescia-Cal.6.35" Other side "Made in Italy" I realise that .25"=6.35 mm, but is this the same cartride? The grips are plastic, now off yellow (may have been white at one point in time). Weapon is blued, fixed barrel, striker fired, safty on left side. Safty is also the disassembly actuator. Anyone have any history one this weapon? Thanks in advace. Art in KY |

Dont listen to him. Its a Galesi M1923 or M1930. It has nothing to do with berreta. Old Italian military gun. I dont know where he made that berreta stuff. In his head probably.
