What do you guys think about this round good for a I don't think I would use it for my .45,pretty happy with the golden sabers, but maybe for a 223 rifle, any experiences with this round in any caliber?

I have some in 223. They seemed to work well at the range - sure tore up a target holder!

Very good IMHO.

Like varmint bullets, these will make a big shallow wound.  They won't give you enough penetration to reliably reach vital organs.  Unless you have a significant risk of wall penetration, I'd avoid these.
