ok It's working now. Sort of
I keep getting this error using firefox when I go to pay. A system error has occurred: javax.el.ELException: javax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: javax.xml.rpc.JAXRPCException: oracle.wsm.common.sdk.WSMException: WSM-00015 : The user name is missing. Please press OK to try and recover from this error. |

I just kept trying until it finally worked. I wonder if this is the kind of trouble their health insurance wed site is having.
Chrome would't even show my saved info but after several tries Firefox did the trick. |

Ya the eFormcare site sucks. Took me about two hours to get a couple form 1s done. Most of that was spent waiting.
