Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - cant decide between getting an AR or big .50 - or AR and .50 upper

i cannot decide on getting a big .50 BMG or Rock River AR-15 A2. . OR get a RR AR and buy a big .50 upper later.

please give me some useful input on your opinions of the RR AR-15-A2 . . and/or should i just get a big .50 of some type?? i am aware of the price difference - lol

. . is any one .50cal upper better than another brand?

depends, if you already have an AR, go with the big 50.  if you dont already have an AR, go with the AR and buy a BIG 50 later.

I have a 50 upper. I like it vey much. You will need to save for a decent scope then, as well as ammo!! It is (quite literally) a blast to shoot. Get the AR and as soon as you can gat the 50.
