maybe Wideners, they required an FFL, and a C&R FFL would work.

I have one that I bought from the original pre-order that I received about 3 years ago. I never used it and have decided to sell it off, just because of frustration over the almost 10 year wait. I bought my M16 from Ruben and he was nothing but professional and delivered exactly as promised. I'd do business with him again in a heartbeat.
