Mine came loose and shot off the rifle, suffering baffle strikes and busted end cap. SiCo repaired it quickly and looked brand new. Stayed tight for a few range trips and is now loosening up again. It's on a precision AR10 so no rapid fire, but it comes loose after only a few shots. Going to send it back again.

I had that problem, but fortunately no strikes.
The toothed C clip style spring wasn't pushing inward with enough strength. Sico told me I could send it in for free parts replacement, or just take a screwdriver whenever it happens and bend the notched portion inward to restore some tension. 
I'll be switching to key-mo as soon as all the needed pieces are on the distributors shelves. |

My omega was loose out of the box and I just bent the clip with the teeth a little bit and have not an issue with it not coming loose since. However the outer sleeve is unscrewing; I will one day rocksett it when I have a slow day. Still love the omega.

I had nothing but problems with my old ASR module, first one was loose, second one was too tight.
Said fuck that shit and switched to Keymo. Worlds better. |
